Administrative supportive staff serve essential roles in TOA's projects. Activities include marketing support, graphics support, proposals and contracts preparation, and a variety of routine administrative support to professional staff.
CADD/GIS Specialist at TOA supports project, engineers, and planners in technical analysis and reporting, design, and GIS applications using state-of-art technology such as AutoCAD and ArchGIS.
Engineers at TOA are presented with some of the most challenging transportation engineering projects in the country. With a unique blend of experience, skills and practical applications, our engineers apply the latest state-of-art modeling tools and analytical techniques to address infrastructure and transportation issues, such as traffic studies, roadway, and safety.
Planners at TOA provide expertise in long-term comprehensive planning, land use planning, and, financial analysis of alternative revenue sources. Planners are integral members of TOA project teams, providing the analytical expertise necessary to address the need of our client. Highly responsive client interaction and public involvement skills are essential elements in the role of a planner.
Project managers at TOA are instrumental in leading project teams in applying state-of-the-art technologies and processes. With exceptional collaborative, management and technical skills, project managers are responsible for the cycle of a project, from proposals, scopes of work, fee estimates, scheduling, etc. through to project completion.
