Description
Reports To: President.

The Principal-in-Charge must have significant experience in the transportation planning and/or engineering field with a strong emphasis on business development, client relations and building a team.

Position Responsibilities

• Business and client development
• Nurturing existing clients and developing new client relationships
• provide leadership to the office
• Build and develop the staff
• Financial management of the office and its projects
• Management and oversight of the office production (i.e. projects and staff)
• Administration of the office

Requirements

• Bachelors or Master Degree in Transportation or Civil Engineering, Planning, Economics, Public Administration or Geography

Experience

• 10 or more years of consulting experience in the transportation engineering and/or planning business

License/Registration: P.E. or AICP

• Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have strong technical and people skills.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
