Drawing on the knowledge of key staff with practical municipal parking experience, TOA has completed a number of parking projects ranging from the collection and analysis of parking data and calculation of parking demand estimates to development of complete parking plans for business districts and downtown areas. In many of these studies TOA has utilized consensus building and other public involvement techniques to successfully develop practical parking solutions and generate stakeholder "buy-in" for the projects.
