Daytona Beach Parking Study | Daytona Beach, FL
	This comprehensive study for the City of Daytona Beach was completed to help develop solutions to existing parking issues within two distinct areas within the prescribed study boundary: the Downtown Daytona Beach area and the Oceanside Convention Center area. A significant level of data collection was conducted, including an inventory of the areas' existing parking supply and the collection of parking utilization and space turnover statistics by area and time of day. Analysis of this information, along with the development of future parking generation estimates, helped determine specific sub areas with either near- and/or long-term parking supply needs.

Downtown Parking Master Plan | Sarasota, FL
	Tindale-Oliver & Associates, Inc., (TOA) was selected by the City of Sarasota to perform its first ever Comprehensive Central Business District Downtown Parking Master Plan. The major components of the plan included: Inventory and utilization study of existing parking spaces; Development of parking generation rates for various land uses; Identification of potential future parking facility locations; and Development of a City parking program concept.
