Corridor Preservation Plan | Pasco County, FL

Corridor preservation is a critical concept for the future of Pasco County. With this in mind, Pasco County initiated a process for developing a Corridor Preservation Plan that would meet the needs of the projected build-out transportation network.

Eustis Downtown Traffic and Pedestrian Circulation Study |Lake-Sumter MPO, FL

The Lake-Sumter MPO managed a joint project with the City of Eustis and the Florida Department of Transportation to evaluate feasible transportation improvements that could be implemented in the downtown area. The key focus of the project was to identify improvement alternatives for the downtown area to increase pedestrian mobility and safety to promote economic development and quality of life while continuing to provide for regional transportation needs.

2035 Long Range Transportation Plan | Citrus County, FL
As part of the development of the multi-modal Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP), workshops were held to solicit feedback from interested parties on the Needs and Corridor Development portions of the LRTP. The multi-modal LRTP will affect all residents of Citrus County, so it was important that the public be given the
opportunity to contribute to the plan.

University of Tampa | City of Tampa, FL
For five years, Tindale-Oliver & Associates has assisted the University in transforming an automobile dominated campus to one that favors pedestrians while balancing the needs of other transportation modes.

2060 Transportation Vision Plan | Polk County, FL

In a response to regional visioning efforts such as My Region in the greater Orlando area, Polk County undertook the 2060 Transportation Vision Plan to clarify the opportunities to create vibrant economic centers that would provide a high quality of life within the County.
This study will be used by the County and its municipalities to change their transportation and land use plans to be more sustainable.
