William Ball, AICP | CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Bill is a Principal of TOA and has been with the firm since 1995. With more than 21 years of transportation planning and analysis experience, he has served as TOA's Director of Transit Services since 1998. He also has played a major role in metropolitan planning and public finance. His duties as COO include daily operations of business development leadership. He will continue to work closely with the Transit Planning teams and their respective clients.
