William E. Oliver, P.E., PTOE | SENIOR VICE-PRESIDENT

Mr. Oliver has 20 years of specialized expertise in transportation planning and traffic engineering services for public and private sector clients. His specific areas of expertise include traffic and regional impact analyses, roadway needs assessments, urban area long-range planning, and financial studies. Mr. Oliver was employed by the City of Tampa as a transportation engineer for several years, where he gained significant insight into the daily operations of a public agency responsible for the review of proposed development projects; including proposed land use plan amendments, rezoning, DRI's, and site-specific plans. One of his most important roles was presenting technical information to the City Council and the general public. He has served in management roles in private consulting firms where he developed an expertise in managing project teams to develop both public and private sector projects.
